1.Introduction and Eligibility

nogad9 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to our website nogad9.cam and all services offered through it.

2.Account Registration and Personal Information

To register with nogad9, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Opening an account with false information is a clear violation of these terms.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per individual, household address, device or IP address. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all associated accounts may be immediately closed and any bonuses or winnings earned may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Sharing your account with third parties or allowing others to use it is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

nogad9 may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age and payment method. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the required documents are submitted.

3.Age Verification and Ineligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to register on this platform. We are firmly opposed to gambling by minors and provide services only to individuals aged 21 and above.

If an account is found to belong to a minor, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings will not be returned. No exceptions to this rule are acceptable under any circumstances.

The following individuals are not permitted to use this platform:

4.Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at nogad9 is ৳300 (three hundred taka), applicable equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All deposits are secured with SSL encryption.

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Sending funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. However, this time may be longer in cases involving KYC verification or security review.

You must fulfill the wagering requirements of any active bonus before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests made while wagering requirements remain incomplete may be cancelled.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). nogad9 is not responsible for any losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

5.Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

nogad9 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager the total bonus amount 15 times (15x wagering requirement). The contribution of bets on specific games may vary — see the promotions page for details.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• VIP cashback bonuses are directly withdrawable — no separate wagering applies.
• If bonus abuse is proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• nogad9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

The nogad9 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week; Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity — no specific turnover threshold applies.

6.Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. Bet acceptance depends on the availability of odds and markets at that time. If a bet is not correctly recorded due to a technical issue, it will be considered void.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Bets on officially suspended or cancelled matches will be settled according to the relevant market rules. In live betting, odds change in real time and nogad9 may suspend any market at any time.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined through random number generator (RNG) technology or via a live dealer. Results stored on the game providers' servers are considered final. In the event of a technical error, settlement will be based on system data.

7.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse — bonus hunting, claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies.
• Using software bots, automated betting systems or any dishonest technical method.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems, or spreading malware or viruses.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other users.

8.Limitation of Liability

nogad9 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however we are not responsible for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance or third-party service failures.

We are not liable for the following:

• Bets or game sessions lost due to internet disconnection.
• Games failing to load due to issues with your device or browser.
• Deposit delays caused by third-party payment gateway delays.
• Account credentials being lost due to user negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling — each player is responsible for their own decisions.

In any circumstances, nogad9's maximum financial liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs and brand elements — is the intellectual property of nogad9 or the respective content providers.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying or using any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

10.Account Closure and Suspension

nogad9 may close or suspend any account at any time, with or without cause. Accounts may be closed immediately in particular cases involving breach of terms, fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.

10.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Active bonus wagering and pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may choose self-exclusion for a specified period. During this time your account will be completely locked and no new account will be permitted.
